Ingredients:

  • 3 TBSP PEAR MOSTARDA PURÉE
  • 6 LARGE SLICES OF BREAD
  • 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  • 8 THIN 100G-SLICES OF BEEF
  • 2 TBSP 2 SOUR CREAM
  • 80 G SALAD ROCKET
  • QB SALT, PEPPER

Description:

Cut the slices of bread in half and toast in a little olive oil.

Season the beef slices with salt and pepper and cook in a pan with the remaining oil to desired degree of doneness.

Spread the sour cream and pear Mostarda Purée on the slices of toast and lay the beef on top. Garnish with the rocket.

One more tip:

Substitute the pear Mostarda Purée with fig Mostarda Purée.
