Pear mostarda purée is undoubtedly the most traditional one, but its unique, fruity, and spicy flavour will make the difference in every dish.
Among the most classic combinations of pear mostarda there is creamy and blue cheese platters or those with a strong and intense taste, for a different appetizer than usual. It also goes perfectly with game and is ideal as a fresh summer salad dressing.
Ingredients: candied pear purée ( 39%) (50% pears, sugar, glucose syrup), sugar, water, glucose syrup, pear purée (3.5%), pectin, mustard flavour, sodium metabisulfite.
