Melt the butter, add the sugar and caramelise.

De-pip the plums and cut up into pieces. Add the chopped plums and Zedrat to the caramel.

Pour in the prosecco and allow to evaporate, add aniseed and cinnamon.

Continue cooking until the fruit is soft and spoon onto the plates.

  • Excellent with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  • Substitute the Zedrat with Citronat
