Ingredients:

  • 4 TBSP CITRONAT
  • 2,5 DL NATURAL YOGURT
  • 2 DL HALF-FAT CREAM
  • 70 G SUGAR
  • 2 LEMONS

Description:

Mix the yoghurt and cream together with the sugar until the sugar is completely melted, then add the Citronat.

Squeeze the lemons and stir the juice into the mixture.

Put the mixture into the freezer and mix every 10 minutes until the desired consistency is obtained (about 2 hours).
