Produced by Ticinorganic, a Ticino-based company specialising in handcrafted regional products, it is made with Ticino red onions and carefully selected ingredients.
Ingredients: Ticino red onions (60%), Ticino wildflower honey (20%), Swiss sugar (17%), cloves, black pepper, Ticino bay leaves, Swiss salt, Ticino Merlot red wine, Ticino grappa or brandy. Contains sulphites.
