The candied lemon peel is gently processed to maintain its natural taste and strengthen its flavour. Ideal to be used in the preparation of traditional confectionery products such as cakes, biscuits, and seasonal and traditional sweets.
Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose syrup, lemon peel (23 %), preservative E 202. Contains sulfites.
