General Terms and Conditions <\/strong><\/h1>\n

Object<\/h2>\n

The General Terms and Conditions govern the conclusion and execution of purchase contracts for products offered in the online shop of Sandro Vanini SA, Via Vignascia 21, CH-6802 Rivera (VAT No.: CHE-102.413.589). By ordering the goods, these terms and conditions shall be deemed accepted. The customer’s general terms and conditions of purchase are herewith excluded. Products shall only be delivered within Switzerland.<\/p>\n

Conclusion of contract \/ Minimum order value<\/h2>\n

By clicking on the order button on the online shop, the customer places a binding order for the products listed on the order page. Orders are only binding for Sandro Vanini SA after written order confirmation. The minimum order value is CHF 35.-, but free delivery for orders over CHF 50.- (excluding postage, transport and packaging costs). For deliveries below CHF 50, transport will be charged at cost, at least CHF 9 per delivery (details can be found on the order confirmation).<\/p>\n

No postage will be charged for pick-up orders<\/p>\n

Prices<\/h2>\n

The prices stated in the order confirmation are final.\u00a0The prices include value added tax in each case.\u00a0The current declaration and product handling can be found on the respective product label. Errors, product, assortment and packaging adjustments remain reserved.<\/p>\n

Liability<\/h2>\n

Sandro Vanini SA shall not guarantee that the products will always reach the recipient in perfect condition; Sandro Vanini SA shall not be held liable for any failure on the part of third parties (carrier, courier, etc.) Furthermore, Sandro Vanini SA shall not be held liable in the event of non-delivery or late delivery of the products due to incorrectly indicated delivery addresses, absence of the recipient or events due to force majeure.\u00a0Sandro Vanini SA cannot be held liable for damage resulting from failure to comply with the storage instructions.<\/p>\n

Terms of payment<\/h2>\n

Payment shall be made net 10 days from the date of the invoice. We reserve the right to adjust the payment terms based on the results of the credit check. In case of late payments, we shall also reserve the right to charge interest on arrears at a rate of 5%. Any reminder and collection charges shall become due in the event of default. The offsetting of counterclaims against claims of Sandro Vanini SA shall be excluded. By placing an order, the terms of payment are hereby expressly accepted.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Copyright<\/h2>\n

The use of all elements contained in the website and online shop (photos, logos, descriptions, etc.) shall be prohibited without prior written consent on behalf of Sandro Vanini SA.<\/p>\n

Lugano is the sole place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship.<\/p>\n
