Description:

Cook the rice and leave to cool. Bring the coconut milk to the boil with the curry paste and pineapple-curry Mostarda Purée, add salt and pepper to taste and leave to cool.
Dice the fruit and set aside some larger pieces for decoration.
Mix the rice with the sauce and fruit, serve and decorate dishes with the pieces of fruit previously set aside.

One more tip:

Dice 2 chicken breasts, brown and add to the rice.
