Ingredients:

  • 500 G FRUIT MOSTARDA
  • 2 ONIONS
  • 600 G BEEF ROULADE (LOIN OR SHOULDER)
  • 2 TBSP CANOLA OIL
  • 3 DL RED WINE
  • 5 DL BEEF GRAVY

Description:

Chop the onions. Heat the oil and brown the roulade on all sides. Add the onions and continue to sauté, then add the red wine and simmer until it evaporates.

Dice the fruit mostarda and add to the meat.

Add the beef gravy paste and stew for approx. 2 hours 30 mins.
