Candied chestnuts are chestnuts in syrup naturally flavoured with vanilla, a delicious specialty. After being carefully selected, the chestnuts undergo a candying process controlled by our candying masters. They are subsequently preserved in syrup to retain their consistent structure and refined sweetness, maintaining their fragrance over time.
Ideal for preparing desserts and decorating ice cream cups and creams.
Ingredients: chestnuts, sugar, glucose syrup, sorbitol, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavours.
