Green fig mostarda purée

The fig mostarda purée is delicious, prepared with candied green figs with a mustard aroma. The slightly spicy and mustard flavour combined with the sweet taste of the figs creates a unique and balanced mix, giving our fig mostarda purée a sweet and sour taste. It goes perfectly with boiled meats, game, roasts, cold meats, aged cheeses with a strong taste and fondues.
It is also ideal as a salad dressing.
Ingredients: candied fig purée (50%) (50% figs, sugar, glucose syrup), sugar, water, glucose syrup, pectin, vinegar, mustard flavour, pepper, salt, sodium metabisulfite.
