A mixture of diced candied fruit, perfect to decorate various types of desserts or to mix within preparations. As the main ingredient of the plum-cake or the “cassata” flavoured ice cream, the cake mix gives you the possibility to indulge in creating cheerful and imaginative desserts.
Ingredients: 28% melon, sugar, 12% orange peel, 12% lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, glucose syrup, colouring agents: cochineal, blu patent V, curcumin, preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium metabisulfite.
