Apricot mostarda purée is an ideal pairing for cured meats and cheeses. The sweetness of apricot together with the spicy taste of mustard oil creates a unique and delicious combination of flavours. Try it with strong-flavoured goat cheeses or semi-aged cheeses as it provides a touch of colour to enrich their presentation.

 

Ingredients: Candied apricot purée (50%) (50% apricots, sugar, glucose syrup), sugar, water, glucose syrup, 3.3% concentrated apricot purée, pectin, natural apricot flavour, mustard flavour, sodium metabisulfite.
