Amarenata is a typical Italian specialty that Sandro Vanini brought to the Canton of Ticino.
The cherries are delicately caramelised in syrup and infused together with almond oil and vanilla, to give them that unique and delicious taste.
The perfect ingredient to make every dessert exclusive and special. So versatile and loved by all consumers, it allows you to prepare different recipes, easily decorating and garnishing many desserts: from panna cotta to Black Forest cake.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, morello cherries (15%), water, colouring agent: E163, acidifier: E330, 52% Candied Morello cherries, concentrated colouring fruit juice, flavours, preservatives: E202, sodium metabisulfite.
